Deprogram ("we", "us", or "the Service") is operated by LHS Legacy LLC. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

• Account data: your name and email address, used to identify you and communicate with you.
• Assessment results: archetype quiz outcomes and reflections you submit.
• GDDI scores: your Generational Distortion Diagnostic Index scores across the five domains.
• Course progress: lessons completed, exercise submissions, and certificates earned.
• Journal entries: Quantum Journal reflections, truth statements, and mood/energy entries.
• Payment information: billing details necessary to process transactions (card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers).
• Usage data: page views, AI assistant interactions, and analytics events that help us improve the platform.

• Personalized learning: tailor course recommendations, learning paths, and portal progression to your stage.
• Archetype matching: connect you with archetypes, narratives, and conditioning content relevant to your profile.
• Course recommendations: suggest lessons, exercises, and creator tools aligned with your goals.
• Payment processing: manage subscriptions, one-time purchases, and licensing.
• Communication: send assessment breakdowns, reset emails, and support replies.
• Service improvement: aggregate, de-identified analytics to refine content and features.

We rely on trusted providers for specific functions. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — processes payments and subscriptions. Card data never touches our servers.
• Resend — delivers transactional email (assessment breakdowns, password resets, support messages).
• Wix CMS — powers content sync and selected site integrations.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

You may, at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Modify your profile, goals, and preferences from your account settings.
• Delete your account and associated data (see the Danger Zone in your AI Profile).
• Export your assessment history and journal entries.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records tied to payments). Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Assessment results, GDDI scores, journal entries, and course progress are educational records. They are used only to deliver and personalize your learning experience and are never shared with third parties for advertising. Sensitive reflection content is private to your account unless you explicitly publish it (for example, as a creative work).

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and track page views for analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear local storage from your browser settings at any time; doing so will sign you out and reset preferences.

If you are in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have enhanced rights including the right to know what data we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to data portability. We do not process special-category data beyond what you voluntarily provide in assessments and journals, and we do not sell personal data. To submit a formal request, contact support@lhslegacy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
