Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deprogram ("the Service"), operated by LHS Legacy LLC, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access the Service.

2. The Service

Deprogram is a deprogramming and conditioning-repair platform providing generational conditioning mapping, distortion scoring (GDDI™), guided repair paths, organizational storytelling, compliance audit trails, and scalable community architecture, powered by the LHS Lens framework.

3. Institutional Accounts & Roles

Organizations designate administrators who manage roles and permissions for their members. Administrators are responsible for member accounts, access levels, and content published under their organization. Role-based permissions govern who may view, edit, and publish institutional records.

4. Institutional Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the institutional content you contribute. You grant the Service a license to host, index, and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform, including the institutional memory knowledge graph. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to contribute the content you publish.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or misrepresent institutional records. The Service is intended for legacy preservation, knowledge transfer, and storytelling; it is not a substitute for legal, clinical, or regulated recordkeeping where specialized systems are required.

6. Versioning, Audit Trails & Records

The Service maintains full versioning and audit trails for institutional records. While the Service supports compliance-ready documentation, you remain responsible for determining whether it satisfies your specific regulatory, accreditation, or legal obligations.

7. Privacy

Handling of personal and institutional data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

8. Fees & Subscriptions

Enterprise plans, seats, and billing are described at checkout or in your organization's agreement. Fees are billed in advance; refunds are governed by the plan terms accepted at purchase.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or retire features with reasonable notice. Institutional data remains exportable during the term of your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the relevant period. We are not liable for loss of institutional knowledge resulting from actions you failed to back up or export.
